? Shaping the Future of Work in Logistics and Supply Chain!
On 9 September 2025, CDAS was proud to be a part of the Supply Chain ASIA Future of Work Forum 2025, where industry leaders, innovators, and practitioners came together to reimagine the future of jobs in logistics, supply chain, and maritime.
At the CDAS booth, we showcased not only the wide spectrum of jobs available in our members’ businesses, but also the initiatives we had rolled out to transform the way work is done in our sector, making processes simpler, improving efficiency, reducing costs, minimising waste of time and resources, while contributing towards lowering carbon emissions.
Our President, Mr. Ricky Loo, also contributed on stage as a panelist in “Future-Proofing Jobs in Logistics, Supply Chain & Maritime Sectors.” From automation in depots and warehouses to digitalisation at ports, the panel explored how new technologies, job redesign, and continuous learning can keep our workforce relevant, resilient, and ready for the future.
Beyond the panel, Mr. Loo also engaged with young professionals and aspiring talents at the “Mentoring Corners with Industry Practitioners” segment, sharing insights and advice on career development, industry opportunities, and pathways to upskilling.
