Notice is hereby given that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held by electronic means on 26 June 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
The notice and invitations has been sent out to members via email. Members who wish to attend are advised to check their email and contact us if they have not received it.
In light of the COVID-19 situation and pursuant to the relevant order under the COVID19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the following arrangements will be adopted for the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”):-
- Members will not be able to attend the AGM in person. A member may only attend the AGM by observing and listening to the proceedings of the meeting by electronic means.
- All members who would like to attend the AGM by electronic means shall have to pre-register no later than 18 June 2020 for verification purposes.
- Pursuant to the Guidance and subject to existing legislation, your participation will be limited to an online virtual meeting.
