These past 2 years have been a trying time for the Logistics and Transportation Industry, in the face of COVID-19. But with strength and perseverance, we will emerge stronger and better, together.
While we are unable to hold any celebratory event, CDAS had distributed boxes of mooncakes to its members to spread the festivities around, while not forgetting the less fortunate in society. This year we are working with Project Dignity, a social enterprise that helps to train and place differently-abled adults for gainful employment. With our members’ contributions CDAS will be joining them in giving back to society by donating and distributing mooncakes to select elderly homes.
Project Dignity also provide sponsored training for unemployed adults with special needs and place them with employment partners within the F&B, hospitality and retail sectors. They also hire some of their graduates at their food court and book retail stores at their premises.
This year also marks CDAS’ 30th Anniversary. CDAS was founded by a group of like-minded individuals to represent the container logistics industry and focused on bringing industry transforming solutions and seamless processes and standardization over the past 3 decades. CDAS has and will continue to work with the industry to explore solutions that benefit them and tackle their pain points, thus bringing the industry to greater heights.
All of this would not have been possible without your long term support, and we sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Join us as we look towards the future in bettering the industry as a whole. Here’s to many more decades ahead!
